Troubleshooting Web 1710 when trying to run a report on the PrinterOn web administration site - c06233155

While logged into the PrinterOn.com web administration portal the administrator is unable to generate a printer report.

1. If this issue is encountered, remove the administrator who experienced the error from the administrator menu.
2. Re-add the user again through the administrative menu.
3. Attempt running the report again.
