User Identifier Labels in app do not reflect the cloud configuration - c06234520

Sample escalation:

Hello, we would like to prompt users for their Full Name. In the cloud configuration interface, I’ve changed the printer language label for User ID to “Full Name” and made it optional.

After making that change, the app still prompts for a “User Id” from users when they try to submit a print job.

Resolution:

• It might be the case that the user needs to update their saved/active printers to see this change.
  • If the printers have been saved printers, go into the Printer Details by tapping the “i” on the saved printers list, or tapping the printer icon in the bottom banner and then tapping the update option:
    
• The language settings in the cloud configuration may be required to be re-saved after making changes to the core printer settings.
  • Log in at www.printeron.com and go to the Printers tab.
  • Choose the "Set Printer Language" link from the right hand Options menu of the printer to be updated.
  • Click Update.

NOTE:

The page does not redirect back to the Printers tab, so once the page is refreshed the changes are saved.
