PrinterOn Services have Moved

As part of its effort to offer a world-leading print solution, PrinterOn has migrated a number of its services to new servers. This migration was performed to enhance the PrinterOn infrastructure and to improve future scalability of the PrinterOn service. In most cases, this migration will have no impact on PrinterOn customers, and users will continue to use the service to print as they normally would.

However, some PrinterOn Enterprise or PrinterOn Public customers who have restricted internet traffic may have whitelisted PrinterOn IP addresses. Those customers will need to update their whitelists to reflect the updated locations.

Because the new hosting environment does not maintain static IP addresses, be aware that updating your whitelist, you should do so using DNS names only.

If this change impacts your organization, you have two options:

1. For best results, whitelist the following PrinterOn DNS names:
   • *.printeron.net
   • *.cryptoprint.net
2. If you cannot use wildcards or need to be more specific, add the following DNS names:
   • www.printeron.net
   • secure1.printeron.net
   • secure2.printeron.net
   • ponmon.printeron.net
   • download1.printeron.net
   • spool1.cryptoprint.net
