Identity Management and Cost Accounting System (IMCAS) - IMCAS is a component that is automatically installed with the PrinterOn Enterprise solution when deployed using the standard installation; however appears as an option from the Custom installation menu.

The IMCAS (Identity Management and Cost Accounting System) component is the internal accounting system that is included within the PrinterOn Enterprise solution as of version 4.0.

Installing the IMCAS component ensures that the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can be configured to use the PrinterOn Internal Users option as the authentication method. This option also ensures that any SSO or IDM authentication method can be selected and configured, this will allow the 'USERS' menu item to appear on the menu bar as well.
