What is the difference between the Direct Print QR code and not direct? - c06230613
The difference between the Direct Print QR code and the non-direct is related to Secure Release Anywhere. After scanning non-direct QR code, it will identify the pull printer to select as the active printer. This QR code should be used to identify the pull group to submit print jobs through.
After scanning the direct QR code, it displays the individual “child” printer so the user can print directly to that device instead of the pull group. This code should be used to identify a printer for job release. It can also be used to submit a print job directly to a child printer within a Secure Release Anywhere pool if you wish to bypass secure release.
