When a document is printed out, the printed font is not the same as the original document's font - c06237171

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can troubleshoot issues related to the font being different on a print out than the document that was submitted through the solution.

When a document is submitted from a client (a user using the web submission page, the mobile application, etc.) the document is processed at the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution. The font used on a document must be loaded on the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution otherwise the document (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will be processed using a font that is closest match to the font used in the original document.
