When I send an email print job with an attachment, only the email body is processed.
No reference to the attachment within the email reply either.
Submitting an email print request (with attachment) through the Exchange server, configured on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution using the EWS connection to the mailbox server results in the email body only being printed not the attachment.
Steps to resolution:
Validate that the EWS configuration within the
Configuration manager is configured with the mailbox user account only.
If the username is entered as domain\username, this will fail.
- Restart the PrinterOn Processing and Status server services using the PrinterOn Configuration Manager or through the Microsoft Windows service panel.
- Try sending anther print request again and validate.
