When using PrinterOn Cloud Print on a Samsung MFP, no output printed - c06237340

After entering a release code on a Samsung MFP, error message appears "Print Job(s) Submitted", but the job does not print on the printer.

Cause:

Another solution application installed on this MFP has behavior which requires authentication before print jobs will release.

eg. SecuThru Lite

Resolution:

Uninstall SecuThru Lite or any other application which may have conflicting authentication settings.
