Where can I view my rendered print job that has not been released from the PrinterOn solution? - c06229998

Rendered print jobs are stored by default in the Print Delivery Station (PDS) in this location listed below. Keep in mind these documents would only exist on the machine if the printer is offline, or not accessible, or the print management solution is not able to accept the print request for any reason. The default location of the print jobs if not able to release from the PrinterOn solution:

C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\PONData\PDS\client\printjobs

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Print Delivery Station 3.x and later. The ProgramData folder is hidden by default, you must show 'hidden item's on your system to be able to see the folder.
