Some PDF documents cannot be opened when using the PrinterOn Enterprise or Public solution. Most of these PDF documents tend to be PDF documents that have fields which can be completed then saved or printed. If a PDF document is opened on the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution (provided a PDF reader is installed), the document should open without issues. If Adobe PDF Reader is the only application that can open the PDF document, then chances are very low that the PrinterOn solution would be able to render the document. An error message when opening the document with another reader other than Adobe PDF would be as per below:
