Why are some of my Google Cloud Printers showing as offline but not all of them? - c06231791

If some of the printers come online but not all of them come online, the printers that are not coming online are corrupted within the PrinterOn Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) or the trust with Google service has been removed. The printers that are not able to come online must be deleted in the Google Cloud and then e-registered in the PrinterOn Configuration Manager using these steps:

  1. While logged into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
  2. Select the Workflows tab
  3. Select the Google Cloud Print menu item
  4. Select add printer to begin the process of re-creating the printer.
  5. Restart the PDG and confirm that the printers are now showing online within the Google console
