Why do we need .Net 3.51 Framework for PrinterOn Enterprise installation? - c06234346

The PrinterOn Enterprise solution check to validate that .NET 3.5 is installed since the Central Print Service and the IMCAS component included within the solution makes connections to the PrinterOn configuration database within the SQL server (local or remote). If .NET 3.5 is not installed; the PrinterOn solution will not operate as expected.

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 2.5 and later (including PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and 4.x).
