Why does the PrinterOn Enterprise solution utilize Apache Tomcat instead of IIS? - c06244724

PrinterOn has opted to utilized the servlet container provided as part of the Apache Tomcat software that allow seamless communication between the PrinterOn Enterprise solution components which is not as easily implemented through Microsoft IIS.

As the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution you cannot make the decision to utilize Microsoft IIS instead of Apache Tomcat.
