Can't print files larger than 30MB Web submission keeps spinning - c07729608

If sending a job that is larger than 30MB, and the web submission page does not complete, you may need to increase the maximum Java memory for your CPS service.

1. Stop the Central Print Service on the machine (this will impact production users' ability to send print requests through the solution).
2. Navigate to this default directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\PrinterOn Corporation\Apache Tomcat\bin.
3. Double click the tomcat8w.exe file.
4. On the Java tab, change the Initial Memory pool and Maximum memory pool to 1300 (maximum is 1600, since Java being used is 32bit).
5. Select Apply , then Ok to save settings.
6. Restart the Central Print Services.
