Configuration for PrinterOn mobile app in Enterprise solution - c07721395

The PrinterOn Enterprise server has a service URL in the form of https:// server-address /cps. Requirements for this URL are:

• The Service URL must use https.
• A trusted SSL certificate must have been installed on PrinterOn server for the above URL

The Service URLs are identical in the following three different places:

• In the Configuration Manager, on the Workflows > Web Print tab.
• In the Configuration Manager, on the Workflows > Mobile Print tab.
• On the mobile device, in the Service Setup page of the PrinterOn mobile app. To set the Service URL:
  1. On the Home page, tap Settings. The Settings page appears.
  2. Tap Services , and then tap + to view the Service Setup page.
  3. Configure the following settings:
     • Server: The server-address protion of the Service URL. For example, print.empcorp.com.
     • Path: The path to service on the specified server.This should be set to /cps.
  4. Enable SSL , if it is disabled.
  5. Tap Test Service to determine whether the app can communicate with the PrinterOn server.
  6. Tap the check mark to save your changes.
