During the submission of a PrintWhere job, PTS40010 appears. - c07729611

If receiving this error message upon submitting a job via PrintWhere, or when attempting to select a print from the PrintWhere History tab, it indicates your user credentials have expired or need to be entered.

To authenticate:

  1. Launch the PrintWhere Printer Manager Tool.
  2. Click Account Settings .
  3. Click the Edit button and you will be prompted to authenticate against the service.
  4. Once you have been authorized and your authenticated username appears in the Username/Email field of the Account Settings window, you can attempt the action again.
