Guest Login causes cannot connect to server" error" - c07722190

This is a known issue seen in PrinterOn Enterprise version 4.2.3.

When enabling the Guest authentication options (on the Authentication > Integration tab of the Configuration Manager), one choice is to Prompt the user for a username . This configuration option comes with a sub option of Ensure User ID is Unique , which is intended to ensure the username entered does not match a username which already exists. When this option is enabled in version 4.2.3, Guests will not be able to log into Web Print.

Resolution: Disable Ensure User ID is Unique and instead, enter a prefix it in the Prepend Guest User ID field of the Guest Settings to ensure uniqueness.
