The Print Delivery Station (PDS) proxy settings keep getting reverted back to default settings - c07721402

Typically when the Proxy settings are being reset this change is a global setting and is possibly happening at the Parent Configuration manager.

  1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
  2. Open the Home > General Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the Proxy Settings and confirm the settings are correct.
  4. Enable the proxy configurations.
  5. Select Apply settings to commit the changes.

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later and PrinterOn Enterprise Managed Cloud.  Making changes to the General Settings tab is a global setting therefore this change will impact all components within the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
