What scopes must be included in a OIDC authentication flow response so the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can be successful? - c07721404

The PrinterOn Enterprise solution requests the Identity Management provider enable some general scopes that would allow the PrinterOn Enterprise solution to successfully authenticate the user.  These general scopes would include:

• (family_name, surname) as the last name
• (given_name, givenName, displayName, name) as the first name
• profile
• email

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 4.x and PrinterOn Enterprise Managed Cloud.  Without having these general scopes included in the authentication response the PrinterOn Enterprise solution might not be able to successfully authenticate the users.
